The SCIENCE AT RISK Emergency Office is a project dedicated to supporting scholars and students affected by war, repression, and threats to academic freedom. We provide financial assistance, networking opportunities, and professional development support to help at-risk academics continue their work in a safe and sustainable way.
Who does the project support?
We support scholars and students from Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia who are at risk due to war, political persecution, or other forms of repression. Our initiatives help them stay engaged in academic work through research funding, fellowships, and international collaborations.
